Frederick County Sheriff’s deputies along with Fire and Rescue personnel were called to the intersection of Route 85 at Greenfield Road at around 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 16, where they found Cody Nicholas-Reed Sensenig unconscious.

Investigators say that Cynthia Edna Lytle, 61, of Adamstown was heading north on Buckeystown Pike and attempted to make a left turn onto Greefield Road, when she struck Sensenig's motorcycle as he was traveling in the opposite direction.

The Tuscarora resident was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was uninjured.

Sensenig's body has since been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy.

The investigation into the fatal crash is ongoing.
